Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These terms govern the use of FloorDash (the "Service"), operated by Lambda Twelve PC ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of the organization you represent (the "Customer"). Where we process personal data on behalf of the Customer, the FloorDash Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.
1. The Service
FloorDash is a floorplan-based IT asset management service: floorplans, desks, people, assets, network points and related records, with sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or the Customer's own OpenID Connect provider (Enterprise plan). We may improve or modify the Service; we will not materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan during a paid period.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Sign-in is exclusively via single sign-on with a supported identity provider; you are responsible for the security of those accounts and for the users you authorize.
- A workspace is bound to your organization's identity directory. Organizational verification is required for paid plans and, where available, directory sync and group-based roles.
- You are responsible for Customer Content (below) and for having the right to store it.
3. Customer Content
"Customer Content" means the information the Customer or its users upload, create, sync, import, or otherwise store in the workspace — floorplans, people records (including records synced from your directory or imported from files), sites, desks, assets, assignments and their history, and any other workspace records.
- Customer Content remains the Customer's. We receive only the rights necessary to host, process, secure, and support it in order to provide the Service and meet applicable legal obligations.
- You can export Customer Content in full, in machine-readable form, at any time — in every workspace state, including while restricted.
- Personal data within Customer Content is processed under the Data Processing Agreement.
4. Plans, billing, cancellation
- Plans and their limits are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe, monthly or annually, in EUR, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
- Downgrading or cancelling never causes FloorDash to automatically delete Customer Content to force the workspace within a lower plan's limits: if usage exceeds the new plan, the workspace enters a documented grace period and then a restricted state (billing, export, and explicit remediation remain available) until usage fits or a suitable plan is restored. Reducing usage is always an explicit Customer action.
- Retention and deletion of Customer Content are described in section 8 and in the Privacy Policy — restriction is not archival storage, and data does not live forever by default.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to store unlawful content, attempt to breach or probe the Service's security, resell access without our agreement, or interfere with other customers' use. We may suspend workspaces that endanger the Service or other customers, notifying you as soon as practicable.
6. Support and operational access
Our staff have no standing access to Customer Content in the normal operation of the Service. Routine support access exists only through a Customer-generated one-time PIN, which grants a temporary, read-only, scope-bound, revocable, and audited support session.
Exceptionally, our personnel may access infrastructure holding Customer Content where strictly necessary to operate or restore the Service, maintain security, investigate abuse or security incidents, recover from failures, or comply with applicable law. Such access is restricted to what is necessary and is logged where technically feasible. It is never used to browse Customer Content for support purposes — the PIN model above remains the only route for that.
7. Availability and support
We operate the Service with commercially reasonable care, with nightly backups stored in the EU. The Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level unless agreed in writing (Enterprise). Support is provided through the in-app chat and support@floordash.eu.
8. Termination, deletion, retention
- You can cancel at any time (effective at period end) and request deletion of your workspace at any time via support; deletion removes Customer Content from live systems, and backup copies expire on the backup retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
- Signups whose onboarding is never completed are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- We may terminate free workspaces inactive for an extended period, and may adopt a documented retention policy for long-abandoned restricted workspaces — in each case with reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export.
- We may terminate a workspace for material breach of these terms, with reasonable prior notice and an opportunity to export except where the breach makes that impossible.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for failures of third-party services we integrate with, for loss caused by inaccurate data supplied by the Customer, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance to workspace administrators. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece; disputes are subject to the courts of Athens, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection law.
