Service Providers & Subprocessors

FloorDash runs on infrastructure operated by Lambda Twelve PC and uses a deliberately small set of external providers. This page is the maintained inventory referenced by the Privacy Policy and the DPA; it is updated at least 15 days before a subprocessor of Customer Content is added or replaced. Providers marked (subprocessor) may process personal data within Customer Content; the others process data for which we are controller (accounts, billing, operations).

What is deliberately absent
- Support chat runs on Chatwoot software that we host and operate ourselves on the Lambda Twelve infrastructure above — using the software does not make Chatwoot's vendor a subprocessor, and support conversations never leave our infrastructure. If a chat email integration is enabled, it will use a provider listed on this page.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking providers. Introducing any such tool requires a documented privacy review first (this is a standing engineering rule).
- Google Workspace sign-in is built into FloorDash but not yet enabled; Google will be added to this page if and when it is activated.
